Hi Marcus,
Once you have setup your condor cluster for running "parallel universe" jobs, see http://www.cs.wisc.edu/condor/manual/v6.8/2_10Parallel_Applications.html.  You can download sample programs from Mathematics and Computer Science Division at Argonne
http://www.mcs.anl.gov/research/projects/mpi/usingmpi/examples/main.htm, and execute them according to whatever benchmark you have decided.
