When you say “prevent the job to go back into the queue”, I’m assuming you mean one of two things:

 

1.       Don’t preempt jobs. That is a configuration setting, please see the Condor Manual section 3.5.2.

2.       Your job didn’t finish for some reason, but you don’t want it to be rescheduled. In that case, Ben Cotton’s post would be sufficient.
