What I wrote up for my labs users for troubleshooting "my job wont run"

if its more than a few minutes it's probalby worth investigating more. Take a look at condor_status to make sure there are Unclaimed nodes.

Also I see condor_dagman, so you might want to recheck the dagman documentation. Try running one of the chtcjobwrappers outside of dagman.
