I've pushed updates for proper builds w/globus to also check /usr/local/globus/include/globus (silly gentoo locs), in the 7.8 and master branches upstream

To obtain:

# clone uw repo to build latest source.
git clone http://condor-git.cs.wisc.edu/repos/condor.git

# obtain latest stable series code
git checkout -b V7_8-branch origin/V7_8-branch 

cmake . && make 

Also FYI, run export on *FLAGS prior to running cmake and they should be absorbed. 

e.g. - export CPPFLAGS='-I/usr/local/globus/include/globus' ...
