[Condor-users] owner vs. claimed state

Dear All,

We have a pool with 20 procs. The central manager (oberlab-dev) is also 
an execute node. However, it is the only one that shows as "Owner" in 
condor_status. Does this mean it's claimed? If so, how to set it to 
"Unclaimed" so that Condor can use it for jobs? I couldn't find the 
manual section on it.
