Hi,

  There is a web console packaged for condor on Fedora (you can also run
it from source).  The most recent packaged version communicates with
condor via QMF (Qpid Management Framework) and Aviary, the newest code
on trunk seeks to be Aviary only (fewer moving parts).

  Cumin has a submission form that allows you to create jobs (but no
browsing/importing of job files from disk, or saving job files, etc).
