Hi,

As I understood the job priority is depend on the accumulated CPU usage,
but when parallel jobs are waiting for free CPUs the priority of that 
jobs are increasing.
The condor_userprio command shows that kind of job in running state.

Can I configure somehow the condor that the effective priority of 
waiting parallel
jobs remain unchanged.

I am using
$CondorVersion: 7.8.1 Jun 08 2012 $
$CondorPlatform: x86_64_rhap_6.2 $
