I think CCB is the solution I am looking for. Though I am facing some problem but will sort that out soon.

I think I am missing some concept here. Can someone please explain
this to me or refer some guide?

Think of flocking to a cluster you don't control, i.e. C2 is an already
established pool in some other ip space and its owners let you use their
spare cycles.
