[HTCondor-users] condor start after installation on CentOS 7

Dear HTcondor users,
I have installed stable condor packages on my 1st server in grid where centos 7 is running according to this instructions for automatic instalation.
http://research.cs.wisc.edu/htcondor/yum/

I dit not do steps 4, 5, 7 and 8.

Here is output of step 9:

    [labounek@alela8 ~]$ sudo service condor start
    Redirecting to /bin/systemctl start  condor.service
    [labounek@alela8 ~]$

Output of step 10 tells me that condor is not running.

   [labounek@alela8 ~]$ ps -ef | grep condor
    labounek 19015 12355  0 13:52 pts/0    00:00:00 grep --color=auto condor
    [labounek@alela8 ~]$

Does anyone have some idea what could be wrong?
