I think condor_history -l <job_id> will be helpful to you. You can grep for jobstatus. Following are the job-status list :

JobStatus in job ClassAds :

0Unexpanded U
1Idle I
2Running R
3Removed X
4Completed C
5Held H
6Submission_err E
