I have, the above was copy-pasted from one of several attempts. Here's
just to verify:

# condor_status -constraint 'BLASTSEARCH_HOOK_PREPARE_JOB =!= UNDEFINED'
# condor_config_val -dump | grep BLASTSEARCH
BLASTSEARCH_HOOK_PREPARE_JOB = /bin/true
#
