[HTCondor-users] DHCP Service on Windows systems

Is the Condor startup dependency on the DHCP Client (for Windows systems) only needed if you are using DHCP in your pool? At the moment, the pool I work with is statically assigned IPs, but it seems like Condor doesn’t always start because the DHCP service takes too long to come up. Condor attempts to start before the service comes up, then fails. I tried installing Condor without the DHCP dependency, and it seemed to work; I just wanted to confirm that there is no other dependency on the service.
