Hi Todd,

Thank you for your help. I was able to compile the 8.0.6 version of
Condor and configure it. I tried using it, but it also gave me an
authentication error so it seems it is a change in RHEL7 that gives less
privileges to the Apache user.

So instead I went ahead and did the changes you suggested. First ,I
tried changing the authentication method to FS, but that still gave an
authentication error. In the end, I just turned off authentication. A
release is approaching for the project so I will leave it like it is
right now, but I will still look into it and hopefully I can find a
solution for allowing the Apache user to submit jobs.

Thanks again!

You are very welcome! Seems like there is something really mysterious going on in your setup (overly restrictive SELinux config for Apache user perhaps?), but I'm glad to hear you at least got up and running via authentication disabling.
