Hi Mat,

Ok, I now declare myself befuddled. reposync is still going for the 
8.0.6 RPM instead of the 8.4.6. When I go to 
http://research.cs.wisc.edu/htcondor/yum/stable/rhel6/ I find 
condor-8.4.6-1.el6.i686.rpm but for some reason reposync is picking 
condor-8.0.6-225363.rhel6.4.i686.rpm. I just did a complete re-sync 
(removed the cache, removed the cached RPMs) and it'll still going for 
8.0.6.
