Hi Larry,

Are you sure that you installed HTCondor. Perhaps you just updated your
yum configuration.

If you installed HTCondor from the RPMs, you should have an /etc/condor
directory.

Let's check that HTCondor is installed. What does 'rpm -qa | grep
condor' produce?
