Sorry it is a false alarm. It is caused by an error on my side which corrupts the checksum.

After disabling http caching following the guide at https://plone.lucidsolutions.co.nz/linux/rpm/yum-metadata-file-does-not-match-checksum, it works.

Error: failure: repodata/2bfc197af10703cac7a2b34f15248611338e1394ca4c2aa20b76f95620553ad6-primary.sqlite.bz2 from htcondor-stable: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.

I will appreciate it if someone does the routine release can help to look into it.
