[HTCondor-users] Enforcing the policy of one job per user on a specific resource

Hi,

I have a large memory resource with 5 slots that I would like to set limits on. I would like to enforce the policy of one job per user on this resource. ÂIs this possible to do with concurrency limits or quotas or some other mechanism?
