Are you asking for a "-global" option in condor_watch_q to do the same thing as it does with condor_q, i.e. to query all 
the schedds in the pool instead of just the default schedd?  Or did you have some other idea in mind for a "-global" option?

And just to clarify... are you implying that '_you_ hope to add' (in which case we look forward to an incoming patch or 
pull request from you!), or are you asking for the Center for High Throughput Computing to add it?   Just don't want to 
duplicate effort :)
