Well I feel like an utter idiot. I noticed that only one host of the 4 GPU hosts was complaining about this. Digging deeper I discovered that one host had an older version of condor on it. So much for configuration management.

In other words, Please disregard this question.

Is GPUsMonitor not something I should be using yet? It looks to me like it was added in 8.8.1.
