Re: [HTCondor-users] htmap and directory

Hi,

HTMap developer here. You could try TRANSPLANT delivery (https://htmap.readthedocs.io/en/latest/dependencies.html#transplant-existing-python-install), but if your pool supports Docker or Singularity jobs I highly recommend using DOCKER or SINGULARITY delivery instead (same page, different sections).

If none of those work, please open an issue at https://github.com/htcondor/htmap/issues describing your particular circumstances and we'll see what we can do to support your use case (you might be interested inÂhttps://github.com/htcondor/htmap/issues/195Âfrom earlier today, about a similar issue).

I am using htmap. My runtime exists on /not-shared-directory/bin/python. Is there a way for htmap to transfer my runtime directory and then execute the job?
