You can determine if the binaries are the FIPS build or not based on the "condor_version" command:

	[pelletm@padtipvds01 ~]$ condor_version
	$CondorVersion: 8.8.9 May 07 2020 BuildID: 503236 PackageID: 8.8.9-1 FIPS $
	$CondorPlatform: x86_64_CentOS7 $
	[pelletm@padtipvds01 ~]$

The "FIPS" string appears at the end of the CondorVersion. I also make an addition to the machine ClassAd, though it's kind of pointless:

	CondorFIPSCompliant = regexp(" FIPS ", CondorVersion)
