Hi,

to follow up on this, I removed all configurations related to either suspension or killing of jobs, but the problem remains. 

Is that maybe a permission issue with docker since introspection does not work? But on the other hand, why does creating the process work then in the first place?

Both, the condor user and my local user are in the docker group if that matters.
