[HTCondor-users] How to distribute jobs round robin

Hey!

 

I’m trying to configure my pool to distribute the jobs in round-robin.

 

From the docs I found this should be done with “JOB_ROUTER_ROUND_ROBIN_SELECTION = true”. I’ve tried setting this in the control manager and do a condor_reconfig but the jobs keep starting in the same machine until it’s full.

 

Don’t know if this matters but the pool is configured with partitionable slots and this is our version:

$CondorVersion: 8.8.9 May 06 2020 BuildID: 503068 PackageID: 8.8.9-1 $

$CondorPlatform: x86_64_CentOS8 $

 

Am I doing something wrong? How can I achieve this behavior?
