[condor-users] Condor 6.6.1 and SuSE linux

Hello,

does anyone here have any experience on using Condor 6.6.1 (or 6.6.0) on SuSE Linux 8.1 and/or 9.0?

I have tried each of the three available Linux versions of Condor (glibc22, glibc23, redhat80), but I cannot get condor_compile to work.

8.1 is (glibc-2.2.5 and gcc-3.2) or (glibc-2.2.5 and gcc-3.2.2).
9.0 is glibc-2.3.2 and gcc-3.3.1

On SuSE 8.0 it does work though (glibc-2.2.5 and gcc-2.95.3), so it seems to be correlated to gcc-3.x, but in contrast to earlier versions condor 6.6.1 doesn't state that it's not working with 3.x ...

Thank you in advance
Christian
