[HTCondor-users] versions and upgrading

Subject: [HTCondor-users] versions and upgrading

I installed 10.9.0 using curl -fsSL https://get.htcondor.org â on ubuntu 22.04 (as root). How do I upgrade to the latest 23.0.1 LTS and why did the version numbers change dramatically?
