Would this functionality also work with the condor_qusers command for reasons why an account has been disabled? https://htcondor.readthedocs.io/en/latest/man-pages/condor_qusers.html

This may possibly be the best idea I've ever seen on this email list:

$ condor_hold -reason "ððð  Stop Submitting Jobs Like this ððð" -a
All jobs have been held

$ condor_q -hold

-- Schedd: gthain : <128...?... @ 10/12/23 09:58:35
  ID       OWNER          HELD_SINCE  HOLD_REASON
