I believe this still means that the get_condor script will not work with Amazon Linux 2, since the script will attempt to install the latest version of condor, in this case v23. However, there is no RPM file when the OS is amzn2, e.g.: yum_repo_rpm=https://research.cs.wisc.edu/htcondor/repo/23.0/htcondor-release-current.amzn2.noarch.rpm

 

Is the intention to drop support for Amazon Linux 2 after condor v10? https://research.cs.wisc.edu/htcondor/repo/23.x/

 

We’re still trying to decide if we want to support HTCondor on AL 2, AL 2023, or both, so it’d be great to know now if you guys are leaning in one direction or the other.
