Cooperative Bug Isolation Project builds of Rhythmbox 0.8.8 are now available for Fedora Core 1 and Fedore Core 2. This build includes both iPod and Dashboard support. Enjoy!

Fedora Core 2: <http://www.cs.berkeley.edu/~liblit/sampler/downloads/rpm/fedora-2-i386/RPMS.stock/rhythmbox-0.8.8-1.sam.1.i386.rpm>

Please note that this Rhythmbox release uses GStreamer 0.8.x. You will need to install several newer GStreamer packages, as well as a few backward-compatibility packages to support older GStreamer-based applications already on your system. You can find these all on the supplemental Rhythmbox downloads page:

Of course, if you are using apt-rpm, yum, or Red Carpet, then this should all happen automatically. See <http://www.cs.berkeley.edu/~liblit/sampler/downloads/#methods> for more details.
