[cbi-announce] repository & metadata reorganization

I've just reorganized the CBI package repository. The new layout
removes some historical artifacts and makes it easier to support more
distributions and metadata formats.
If you are using any kind of RPM updater tool, such as yum or apt, please update your configuration accordingly. Try our new repository configurator: <http://www.cs.wisc.edu/cbi/downloads/repo-config.html>. It will help you with configuration instructions for several popular tools and all CBI-supported distributions. (JavaScript required)
Expert users can also browse <http://www.cs.wisc.edu/cbi/downloads/rpm/> directly; you should be able to find any of the standard RPM metadata files easily.
