HTC maintenance followup

This message is for users of our HTC system.

Maintenance on the HTC system was completed on Wednesday and services are back online.  We are investigating several issues, however, impacting job matchmaking and network connectivity.  You may experience longer-than-normal queue times as we work to resolve the issues.
