[Gems-users] ruby cycles

Hello,

I'm simulating two sun4u Sun Fire 6800 processors. The
system clock frequency is 150 MHz, where each
processor runs with 75 MHz. Does this mean that each
Ruby cycle is 1/(150*10^6) seconds?
