Subject: | [Gems-users] Ruby cycles variability |
Hi list,I'm simulating barnes in 16 processor system with LogTM, perfect filters. I'm running the test with 1024 bodys and I obtain very diferent results for the same test in the same machine if I only change the RANDOM_SEED. For instance, with random_seed=213 , Ruby_cycles=8550826, and with random_seed=53 , Ruby_cycles=9531861. Is it normal so big variability? Thanks Lois |
