I just used the GarnetFileMaker.py and removed the L2 caches from the file. So, for ext_node's I will add Directory:16-31 which will be connected to int_node:0-15. Is this right? Is there a sample Garnet topology file that I can use? I am trying to create a 4x4 MESH right now for MOESI_SMP protocol.

It looks like your file is not connecting the directories (memories) which are named 16 onwards if the CPUs are 0-15.
