[Gems-users] Who uses GEMS

Hi,
I have a very simple question about GEMS. Who use GEMS?
Someone that has a new model (memory or processor) or someone that
want to change existing parameters and see the results? If someone has
an idea to create a new model, does GEMS provide some means to develop
it?
