Subject: [Gems-users] Retire Not-Ready Reasons
Hi,

  I would have a new question. I saw that for many simulations the most important reasons of a low IPC in my case is the "Retire ready" statistic. What would generate such a big number ? Is it the low number of functional units ? The ROB size ? The Window ?
