[Gems-users] Banking of L1 and L2 in Opal /WATTCH

Subject: [Gems-users] Banking of L1 and L2 in Opal /WATTCH 
Hi,
On going through the Opal/WATTCH code I have noticed that for calculating power L1 cache is considered to be banked but not L2. Any reason as to why L2 power is calculated by not considering it to be banked?
