Subject: [Gems-users] A Question about setting topology
Dear Friends,

I am a new person to this mailing list. I want to use GEMS but I have some problems.

First, I should set a topology. I use the following link (to use ./GarnetFileMaker.py command) but it does not create any new file in Network_Files directory. Are they in another directory?

second, How can I apply a benchmark?
