Here's a section on the Condor manual on how to submit jobs from Condor-G to
GT3:

As far as how to configure GT3 to submit jobs to Condor on the back-end,
that's more of a Globus question. There is some documentation about that
here:

I believe specifying
globusscheduler=http://..../MasterCondor...Service
should work.
