RE: [Condor-users] Trouble getting condor_view server to log stats

Can someone from the condor team expand on the two messages I'm seeing
in my CollectorLog file on my master machine:

0/15 17:31:12 DaemonCore: received unregistered command request 27 !
0/15 17:31:12 DaemonCore: received unregistered command request 29 !

Google and the condor mailing archive search tool are only returning my
original message to the list.

I have a feeling these two messages are telling me why my condorview
Collector daemon isn't collecting data from my master machine.

Thanks!

Ian

Subject: [Condor-users] Trouble getting condor_view server to log stats

Finally found the location of the view_client contrib source and got the
HTML set up and everything looks good. There are some history files in
my history directory on my view server but after submitting some jobs
and running 'make_stats hour' I'm not seeing any stats in the html. I'm
still getting the "there is no data yet" page.

On the master collector for my system I'm seeing two new error messages
in the CollectorLog:

0/15 17:31:12 DaemonCore: received unregistered command request 27 !
0/15 17:31:12 DaemonCore: received unregistered command request 29 !
0/15 17:32:09 DaemonCore: received unregistered command request 27 !
0/15 17:32:10 DaemonCore: received unregistered command request 29 !

These don't say much. Could it be related the view server setup? I set:

    VIEW_SERVER = ttc-condorview.altera.com

On this machine and issued a condor_reconfig. You can ping
'ttc-condorview.altera.com' just fine from this machine.

On the ttc-condorview machine, the CollectorLog on the server doesn't
have any errors in it. Just a series of "Accumulating data: <time>"
messages. The condor_collector daemon seems to be running fine. I have
the cronjobs setup and running "./make_stats hour " by hand doesn't
yeild any errors so I'm assuming reading the history and writing the
data files is a-okay.

Any thoughts?

Thanks!

Ian
