[Condor-users] condor_q analyze results

I am not able to run any jobs as they go into idle state when submitted. when I do condor_q -analyze

 

I get 17 reject because of their requirements(these have state "owner")

7 matchbut prefer another specific job despite its worse user-priority

 

I cant understand what the second message means why is it rejecting the job
