Yes - we are doing this here (Condor 6.6.5 & 6.6.6), with no problems so
far (although admittedly we haven't yet had cause to test jobs running in
the standard universe).  In fact, I would say Condor works well under SuSE
9.0.  I know of other sites in the UK running Condor under SuSE 9.0, also
with (as far as I know) no reported problems. 
We use the binaries compiled for Red Hat 9.

SuSE 9.0, please feel free to e-mail me and I'll try and help if I can.
