Does 'globusrun -a -r <resource contact>' work?

It's possible that LD_PRELOAD is being cleared from the environment. 
Try moving <condor sbin>/gahp_server to <condor sbin>/gahp_server.real 
and using the following script for <condor sbin>/gahp_server:

#!/bin/sh
/usr/bin/printenv >&/tmp/env.out
exec <condor sbin>/gahp_server.real "$@"


See if LD_PRELOAD is still properly set. If it isn't, try setting it in 
the script.
