[Condor-users] about submitting jobs to GT3

Hi,

when I try submitting the jobs to GT3 through condor_submit:
the following error prompt up:

ERROR: Can't find address of local schedd

I have exported the CONDOR_CONFIG already and quite sure the path is correct.

Any suggestion of the possible cause?
