Globus does not support matchmaking. If you want to use matchamking in 
Condor-G with GT 3.2, it should work but we have never tested it.

Right now, you have to do the advertisements by yourself. One day to do it 
is with the condor_advertise program. You run the program periodically, 
either on the grid site itself, or another site that knows something about 
the grid site.
