[Condor-users] Should never happen: ComparePidAge failed

Hello,

We've been getting entries like this in the MasterLog:
7/13 14:04:14 CSysinfo::GetProcessBirthday() - OpenProcess() failed with err=87
7/13 14:04:14 Should never happen: ComparePidAge(8288) failed

The pid mentioned was a shadow that exited gracefully. From ShadowLog:
7/13 14:04:12 (7003.0) (8288): Job 7003.0 terminated: exited with status 0
7/13 14:04:13 (7003.0) (8288): **** condor_shadow (condor_SHADOW) EXITING WITH STATUS 100

Does the "Should never happen" part of the message unnecessarily raise the seriousness level?
