Title: Number of ports required

Please excuse me for being lazy but I can't find what I'm looking for..

I remember seeing somewhere a formula for determining the number of ports required for a condor
pool. I can't remember if it was based on the number of machines or number of jobs but in any
case I can't seem to find it again.

Could someone please point me to it (I presume it's in the manual somewhere?).
