Ok so I'm reading XML data into a C# project and it keeps asking me for
the "classads.dtd" file, which I can not find anywhere.  Does anyone
know what I can do to solve this dependency.  Is there a reason that
this dtd file is specified in the XML data but not supplied anywhere?
