[Condor-users] Authentication Problem

Hi
What could be the cause for this error on a Central Manager..

DaemonCore: PERMISSIONS DENIED to unknown user from host
<10.100.133.23:33096> for command 1111 (QMGMT_COMMAND)

The above one appears in the SchedLog when I try to submit a job through
condor_submit..and I coudn't submit the job..

$condor_submit pri.cmd
Submitting job(s)
ERROR: Failed to connect to local queue manager
AUTHENTICATE:1002: Failure performing handshake

could you plz help me from these errors..?
