[Condor-users] File names containing a colon

It looks like Standard Universe Condor jobs cannot handle filenames
with a colon in them.

I see this listed in the release notes for Condor version 6.4.3, but
nowhere else.  If this remains a known bug, why isn't it listed for
all subsequent releases?
