[Condor-users] Do preemption requests update continuously and expire?

If I set:

PREEMPTION_REQUIREMENTS = (CurrentTime - My.JobStart) < 5 * $(MINUTE)

And this evaluates to True for a schedd looking for a machine. If the
job the schedd is trying to preempt takes longer than 10 minutes
(because of retirement) to finish and on the next negotiation pass this
expression evaluates to False, will the outstanding preemption request
be cancelled?
